Hello
I am a bilingual, dedicated, and hardworking professional with experience in community outreach. As well as the development and implementation of Rehabilitation programs and protocols. I have been the Vice president of Evolutions of the Butterflies since 2013. And I have worked as a Correctional Police Officer since Nov of 2017.
About Me
Experiencing Domestic Violence at a young age has led my journey at Evolutions of the Butterflies. Here, I have found a significant balance in advocating for Domestic Violence victims and survivors. My years of experience have taught me that abuse victims are often misunderstood and quickly judged by the public. Furthermore, I have noticed the lack of accessible shelters and awareness to victims and survivors. At Evolutions of the Butterflies, our mission is to assist those needing protection and guidance. The goal is to build a sanctuary where women, children, and men can feel safe, loved, and comprehended. I believe educating the public is necessary and essential to assist in the deterrence of abuse. A lot is in the dark about the domestic violence community, as it is vastly diverse. And a feared phenomenon that disregards gender, age, religion, and race.
